(More customer reviews)I have had 3 of these. When it is working it is very effective. The first one I had arrived in non-working order. It would not charge properly (the red light never came on) and it only recharged things until it's initial charge ran out. So, I sent it back to brunton and they very kindly sent me another. That one is still working. I also bought another one while I was waiting for the replacement since I was running out of time before traveling. That one worked for exactly one charge-discharge cycle and has not worked since. None of the lights come on any more. I love the functionality of this product, it is a good size, I hate the fragility. 2 out of 3 bad ones is not a good average.

An update: The 3rd one died too. After a little less than1 months usage. Get the APC Mobile Power Pack instead.
