(More customer reviews)I called OpticsPlanet customer service department to report a damage part and to find out about getting the item replaced.The customer service rep that I spoke to was not much help and ended up hanging up on me. After I called back I was informed (from a different customer service rep) that it would take 10 business days for them to process a return and then an additional 10 business days for a replacement to be sent out.I thought this was crazy, I had already paid for the product and it was going to take another 20 business days before I received the replacement order. I don't plan on buying again from this company due to the bad customer service that I have received. I can't rate the product since I wasn't able to use it but I am rating the customer service that I received.
