(More customer reviews)These solar panels work as advertised.Test results in nominally full (Arizona) sunlight are: (panel #1) 17.80V at 0.303A, (panel 2) 17.65V at 0.301A.This is actually a little higher than the panel rating of 17.50V at 0.290A.Mechanically they are well constructed and sealed against moisture.Shipment from Osprey-Talon was very quick (same day) and the packaging was sufficient even though it was shipped in an envelope instead of a box (the panels are individually boxed and well protected).
The free "mouse pad", on the other hand, is pretty much a joke since it is only 6.75" in diameter.But it'll make a good coaster for my coffee cup, so I'm completely satisfied with this purchase.
